- Largest regional detention pond project in the Teche/Vermilion Watershed

This multi-site flood mitigation system provides over 5 million cubic yards of storage and measurable flood reduction of the Vermilion River and Coulee Ile Des Cannes Channel.
State Highway 89 Widening & Fortune Road Roundabout Projects
- First roadway infrastructure projects in the Acadiana area delivered using the CMAR method
- $31M infrastructure corridor reconstruction
- Established collaborative delivery precedent for regional transportation projects delivered by a local municipality
- Coordinated phased construction, drainage integration, and utility relocation under CMAR delivery simultaneously with intersecting projects.
Bailey Grove & Coulee LaSalle Regional Detention (Disaster Recovery DR-4277)
- First DR-4277 projects constructed statewide out of 131 projects funded through the $1.1 Billion FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program following the August 2016 Floods
- $10M combined total of both projects representing 40% of the total amount awarded to the 16 Parish region of the Acadiana Watershed District
- Helped establish execution standards for subsequent projects statewide
- Demonstrated early compliance, documentation discipline and funding coordination
